Because I have struggled in this area, I feel that I am more than capable of helping women reclaim their love of lasciviousness. As I reintroduce you to your sensual side, I am going to give you tips on how to minimize pain, find comfortable positions, and so much more.  Finally, the time to abandon involuntary abstinence has come!! As much as I am a champion and advocate for friendship building among females, I am not naive enough to ignore the fact that among women lies this thread of ugliness. I don't know what it is in this community of women that feeds this tendency to become angry when a sister does something to better herself. Since my sudden return, you may have noticed that I changed the name of the blog, here is why and what you can expect.  The PHLOW was born out of my brand, Periods Should (K)not Be Painful. As I searched for blogs or magazines for women like me who live with Endometriosis and it's complications, I found very few options. Yes, there is a lot of information out there that explains what Endometriosis is with all it's technical jargon. What was missing was the reality of life with Endometriosis.
